Frequently asked Questions
1. What is the level of Customisation available.
Branding is most commonly done through printing or embroidery. We recommend the most suitable technique based on the design. However, it’s important to note that halftone or photographic images cannot be embroidered. Here are some types of printing techniques available:
i. Pigment Printing – A water-based method that works best on white or light-colored garments. The print can be ironed.
ii. Plastic Printing – Another water-based method for white or light-colored garments. It leaves a thin film on the fabric’s surface and can be ironed.
iii. Litho Transfer Printing (Sticker Printing) – Economical for large-scale production of halftone designs. For smaller runs, the setup cost is high, and the print may fray after several washes. It cannot be ironed.
iv. Sublimation Printing – Works only on 100% polyester garments, delivering vibrant colors. No development costs, and the print has no tactile feel.
v. Direct to Garment (DTG) Printing – A digital process still in its early stages, with less vibrancy in the print. Suitable for small runs on textiles and garments.
vi. Rubberized Printing – Uses a rubber-based chemical that is heated to create a raised print effect.
vii. High-Density Printing – Achieved by layering ink to create depth and 3D graphics.
viii. Discharge Printing (Extract Printing) – This method removes color from dyed fabrics to create white or light patterns. In color discharge printing, a dye resistant to the bleaching agent creates colored designs instead of white.
2. What Colour Options are available for Customisation?
We offer a wide array of colour options to choose from our ready stocks. Nevertheless, if a specific colour is required the same too is possible minimum quantity in cotton is 300 pieces and for Polyester Cotton 600 pieces.
3. What size Garments should we order for our team?
It is always preferable to know the sizes of the users. There are various brands, each following their own size specifications. Therefore, to avoid disappointment to the receiver their size should be taken as irrespective of the brand. Alternatively you can also ask us for a size chart.
4. Can We provide a specific Pantone shade?
Pantone numbers are perfectly fine for us. Keep in mind that fabric Pantone codes are different from paper Pantone codes because the printing surfaces differ. We will need the fabric-specific Pantone number. If that’s not available, a printed sample of the required color can be used for manual color matching.
5. Can I get a Sample?
Paid Samples are available. We always suggest to our clients to try on the samples to determine the sizes required. Sample can be provided on confirmation of prices for size trials.
6. Can I get an extra quantity of ordered Products post shipment?
We always suggest to our clients that they order an additional buffer quantity while placing the initial order itself. Being manufacturers it is almost impossible to reach the exact quantity ordered for unless we manufacture additional quantity and build it into our costing. This would always increase the cost of the product to a client therefore willingness to accept a tolerance level of 5% (+) / (-) in the quantity is recommended. Ordering an additional quantity later will cost a lot more.

We have tie ups with all leading shipping partners. However, their are some Unservicable PINCODEs where last servicable location can be designated for collection.
